All content on Traya Dairy’s website (www.trayadairy.com), WhatsApp Business channel, social media accounts, and marketing collateral is the exclusive intellectual property of Traya Dairy Private Limited, protected under the Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999, the Designs Act 2000, and applicable international treaties and conventions.

1. Protected Content

Protected content includes, but is not limited to:

The name "Traya Dairy", all associated logos, monograms, and brand marks

Product names, taglines, and descriptions (e.g., recipe narratives for Palkova, Kalakand, Pedha and other traditional sweets)

Product photography, videos, reels, and graphical artwork

Packaging design, label artwork, and trade dress

Website design, layout, navigation elements, and source code

Proprietary recipes, processing methods, and know-how

2. Permitted Use

You may:

View and browse content for personal, non-commercial use

Share our website links and social media posts with proper attribution

Print copies of invoices, order confirmations, and receipts for your records

3. Prohibited Use

Without prior written permission from Traya Dairy, you may NOT:

List our products on unauthorised marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, or resale channels

4. Trademark Notice

"Traya Dairy", the Traya Dairy logo, product names, and taglines are trademarks of Traya Dairy Private Limited, registered or pending registration under the Trade Marks Act 1999. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and passing off, actionable in law.

5. Copyright Infringement & Takedown

If you believe that your copyright or other intellectual property has been infringed on our platforms, please send a written notice to copyright@trayadairy.com containing:

Your full name, address, and contact details

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

URL or location of the allegedly infringing content

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner

A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Your physical or electronic signature

We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and investigate the claim within 15 working days. Valid claims will result in removal of infringing content.

6. Infringement of Our Rights

Traya Dairy will pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against any person or entity found to be infringing our intellectual property rights, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, accounts of profits, and costs.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photographs, videos, or any other content to Traya Dairy via our website, WhatsApp, email, or social media tagging, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, with or without attribution. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to such content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
